Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Service and Parts operations and ensure achievement of business and Aftersales KPIs.
Drive workshop loading, productivity, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with OEM standards and processes.
Lead, coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts team and other Aftersales staff.
Manage recruitment, induction, training, performance reviews and succession planning.
Ensure optimum Parts availability, inventory control and stock management.
Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies.
Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and goodwill cases.
Ensure adherence to OEM Customer Experience and Retailer Standards.
Conduct regular KPI reviews and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
Drive customer retention, service campaigns,



lapsed customer follow-up and business development activities.
Coordinate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts and other dealership departments.
Monitor competitor activities and identify prospects to improve Aftersales business and profitability.
Work closely with OEM Regional Aftersales/Technical teams to improve operational performance.
