This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who can lead the branch, be active in the market and generate business.

Solid local networking & business development
Ability to generate Deposits, MSME, Gold, Retail & Loan business
Regular customer and market visits
Robust team management and follow-up
Confident communication and customer handling
Ownership of branch targets and growth
Experience
5+ years of banking experience with Prior experience in branch handling / sales / deposit mobilisation / lending preferred.
