Job Overview

Logical InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, understanding their requirements, troubleshooting software-related issues, and coordinating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn and work with software products.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand client issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Handle day-to-day support queries related to company software and applications.
Troubleshoot application, login, configuration, and basic technical issues.




Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
Create and maintain support tickets and track issues until resolution.
Coordinate with developers and technical teams for complex issues.
Follow up with clients regarding reported issues and resolutions.
Provide basic product training and guidance to clients when required.
Assist clients with software setup, configuration, and usage.
Maintain proper documentation of client issues, solutions, and follow-ups.
Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the concerned team.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries according to company processes.
Maintain professional communication and positive client relationships.
Prepare daily support reports and update the status of pending issues.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
