Design and deliver the business model and competitive product proposition for UPI Cross-Border Remittances.
Own the product roadmap, execution, and delivery, accelerating growth across current customer and business segments.
Drive end-to-end product P&L;, optimizing costs, margins, revenue growth, and loss reduction.
Define, document, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), operating models, and end-to-end business and operational processes.
Ensure robust risk, fraud, audit, and governance controls across product design and execution.
Support current product launches with structured and timely stakeholder communication.
Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Business teams to deliver best-in-class remittance solutions.
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying control gaps and coordinating with internal audit to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Ensure high-quality functional testing and exception management to minimize operational issues and enhance customer experience.
