Roles & Responsibility :

Role: Senior Maintenance Engineer - Injection Moulding Machine (Shift)

Responsibility :
Attending equipment breakdown activities to ensure smooth working of the machines.
Doing effective RCA and effective implementation of CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
Monitoring and maintaining machine spares & consumable stock within the department to minimize machine repairing time.
Co-coordinating & planning visits & tasks of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agencies to maintain the optimum level of the equipment's performance.
Additionally Ensuring trouble free electrical power supply to the plant by maintaining Electrical Distribution System and HT Yard

Hiring Specifications: Educational Qualification: B.E. EEE, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: 5 to 10 years exp in plant maintenance role expertise in Machine Maintenance Systems, TPM, and preventive maintenance
