Frootle brings together the world's most premium electronics brands under one roof, creating an elevated retail experience for tech-savvy customers. We are looking for a Store Manager who can lead from the front, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a high-performing store culture.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Growth: Implement promotions, upselling, and cross-selling strategies & actively drive sales.
Customer Experience Champion: Build solid rapport with customers and create a delightful, consultative buying journey from walk-in to checkout and post-purchase follow-up.
Visual Merchandising: Plan and execute store displays for multiple brands to ensure the space is aesthetically premium, on-brand, and aligned with Frootles' global standards. Maintain planogram compliance and seasonal refreshes.
Voice of Customer: Capture real-time customer feedback, understand purchase decision drivers,



and share actionable insights with HQ to continuously enhance the in-store experience.
Store Operations: Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, cash handling, and day-to-day finances. Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
Team Leadership: Coach the team on product knowledge, brand stories, and service excellence to ensure every customer interaction feels premium.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and local regional language. Must be able to engage HNI customers and global brand representatives with confidence.
Skills: Robust leadership, sales acumen, visual merchandising sense, inventory & P&L; management, and proficiency in POS/Excel.
Traits: Customer-obsessed, target-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and design.
