Job Description – General Duty Assistant

Job Summary

The General Duty Assistant (GDA) is responsible for assisting nurses and doctors in providing quality patient care, maintaining cleanliness, supporting patient mobility, and ensuring a safe and comfortable hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
Support Doctor during patient care and routine procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and medical equipment.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.
Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.
Assist in preparing beds and maintaining ward supplies.

Educational Qualification
.Graduation
10+2 preferred.

Required Skills
Basic patient care and hygiene assistance.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork and compassionate attitude.
Physical stamina and time management.
Knowledge of hospital safety and infection control practices.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
