Job Objective:

The incumbent will be responsible for Quality, Food safety & Legality of the products produced & dispatched from all WICC facilities. Also, to ensure the quality processes & procedures serve its mission, strategic plan & operational needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across WICC facilities, ensuring accountability of quality in production process.
Drive long-term quality improvement initiatives, provide support to quality assurance for strategic development,



and foster continual improvement in relationships with business partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers. Facilitate complex problem-solving and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, customer requirements, and company policies regarding food safety and quality for all supplied goods.
Develop and review SOPs, ensuring adherence throughout the organization. Continuously assess the existing quality system and make recommendations for enhancements.
Conduct trend analyses upon request, identifying and addressing both positive and negative system trends proactively.
Enhance food safety and quality systems and process plans, offering support and expertise in these areas.
Provide technical guidance and advice on food safety and quality, including legal requirements.
