Job Role: Production Manager

Job Description
Manage and oversee two-wheeler and three-wheeler tyre manufacturing operations.
Ensure smooth and productive functioning of the tyre manufacturing factory.
Take responsibility for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
Ensure production processes meet required quality and safety standards.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Prepare and execute production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Develop cost plans and monitor manufacturing costs to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor production performance, productivity, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.




Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor material usage, wastage, and production losses to control costs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of finished tyres as per production schedules.
Lead and supervise production teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
