Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Site Manager – Electrical
to manage overall electrical maintenance and site operations at a client manufacturing facility in Behror, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in industrial/plant maintenance, team management, breakdown handling, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Candidates with experience in
Laminates, Plywood, Doors & Flooring manufacturing industries
will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall
electrical maintenance activities
at the client site.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of plant machinery and electrical systems.
Handle
breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective actions
.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Ensure timely implementation of
CAPA
and permanent corrective actions.
Monitor machine/equipment performance and identify prospects for system modifications and upgrades.
Coordinate maintenance activities for machines such as:




Hot Press
Edge Bending Machines
Grinding & Polishing Machines
Dust Collectors
UV Coating Systems
Lipping/Polishing Machines
CNC Miter Saw
Frame Milling Machines
Paint Shop Equipment
Beam Saw / Unicut Saw
Sanding & Strapping Machines
Compressors
UPS and associated electrical systems
Monitor key maintenance KPIs including
MTTR, MTBF and OEE
.
Ensure optimum equipment availability and minimize breakdown/downtime.
Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning and execution.
Maintain proper maintenance records, reports and documentation using
MS Office
.
Actively participate in audits such as
TPM, WCM, OHSAS and other client/site audits
.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance SOPs and statutory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
