Travel Plush – World Travel is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Sales Manager to lead our travel sales operations and grow our domestic & international travel business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the travel sales team.
Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Sell international & domestic tour packages, flights, hotels and visa assistance.
Handle high-value and luxury travel clients professionally.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Develop customized travel packages based on client requirements and budgets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve team performance.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel partners.
Train, guide and motivate team members.




Maintain regular sales reports and client records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales/management.

Strong knowledge of international travel and holiday packages.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Target-oriented and confident in closing sales.

Experience in managing a sales team will be preferred.
