About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Automotive OEM Sales based in Pune to drive business development and key account management across major automotive OEMs in Western India .

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with leading automotive OEMs and their engineering, procurement, sourcing, R&D; and EV teams, with a robust focus on EV Charging Solutions, EV Chargers and Charging Guns .

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business relationships with major automotive OEMs across Western India.
Identify new business opportunities for EV Chargers, Charging Guns and related EV charging solutions .
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and technical discussions through RFQ, commercial negotiation, nomination and order closure.
Establish strong relationships with Purchase, Sourcing, R&D;, Engineering, EV, Quality and Program Management teams at OEMs.




Drive customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
Understand OEM requirements and coordinate internally with Engineering, Product Development, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Track upcoming EV platforms, vehicle programs and recent sourcing opportunities.
Participate in RFQs, tenders and techno-commercial discussions.
Develop account-wise sales strategies and achieve revenue and new-business targets.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging EV charging technologies.
Ensure effective customer relationship management and timely resolution of customer issues.
Prepare sales forecasts, chance pipelines, MIS and management reports.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product development, validation and commercialisation.
