About the Role

Parakh Jewellers is looking for a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team in Durg / Bhilai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience and robust practical knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, data management, and day-to-day computer operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling data, preparing reports, managing digital documentation, and providing productive computer-based support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day computer and data entry operations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update records, databases, spreadsheets, and digital files.
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Handle data entry, data verification, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
Maintain and update customer, sales, inventory, purchase, and other business-related records as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and summaries.




Handle qualified email communication, including sending, receiving, organizing, and responding to emails.
Prepare and manage documents, letters, reports, and other office correspondence.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of records.
Coordinate with different departments for collecting and updating required information.
Assist management and other departments with computer-related administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize Google Drive and other digital documents.
Support routine office operations involving computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
Identify and report basic technical issues and coordinate for resolution when required.
Perform other computer and administrative duties assigned by management.
