Key Responsibilities
Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
Work on spark plug assembly and production processes.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Ensure proper handling and assembly of components.
Follow 5S practices at the workplace.
Support implementation of 4M change principles.
Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.
Maintain production-related records and reports.
Use SAP MM and MS Office for relevant operational activities.
Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work setting.
Candidate Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers are eligible.
Valuable understanding of production/manufacturing concepts.
Basic knowledge of quality and safety practices.
Knowledge of 5S, 4M and SAP MM will be an advantage.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.
