Key Responsibilities
Handle complete Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable activities.
Record and verify invoices, receipts, payments, debit/credit notes, and journal entries in Tally.
Prepare and monitor customer/vendor outstanding and ageing reports.
Follow up for outstanding collections and coordinate with vendors on payment queries.
Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Handle short/excess payments, claims, discounts, returns, and deductions.
Perform bank reconciliation and invoice-wise adjustments.
Handle GST, ITC, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Ensure correct GST and TDS applicability on purchases and expenses.
Handle TDS calculations, accounting entries, and return workings.
Support month-end closing, audits, balance confirmations, and reconciliations.




Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and consultants.
Work closely with accounting and statutory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Management.
Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is required.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,550.80 per month
