STORE SALES EXECUTIVE FIELD SALES

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 Net Take Home (Negotiable)
MWA: 5,000/-
Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Experience: 6–12 months preferred in Channel Sales

Preferred Industry Experience:
AP / Akzo / Laminates / Plywood / Electricals / Lubricants

Freshers and candidates from Insurance or Banking Sales backgrounds can also apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Meet Painters, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Engineers and other customers on a daily basis.
Generate current business and develop customer relationships.
Visit a minimum of 2 sites regularly for business generation.




Visit the respective store for 2 hours daily.
Conduct weekly shop meetings with applicators.
Submit daily sales reports through the online portal.
Develop the market and increase product sales.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience in field/channel sales preferred.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid Driving License preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
Freshers with robust sales interest can also apply.
