Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and drive HR excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Lead talent acquisition and recruitment for all levels of positions.
Plan and implement effective manpower planning and workforce strategies.
Oversee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling and culture initiatives.
Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave management and employee records.
Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.




Partner with department heads on HR matters and organizational needs.
Monitor discipline, attendance, absenteeism and workplace conduct.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, manpower and attrition data.
Support training, development and succession planning initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
