Role Summary:





We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate to support field service operations and ensure an exceptional post-service customer journey. The role involves coordinating with Field Service Engineers (FSEs), monitoring service quality, collecting customer feedback and driving continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate and manage Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across assigned regions to ensure smooth service operations
Conduct customer feedback calls after installations and service visits to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor service request progress and ensure timely resolution while maintaining defined service standards
Track FSE productivity, adherence to processes and overall performance through regular reporting
Identify service gaps, operational issues and customer concerns and recommend improvement initiatives
Provide operational guidance and motivation to FSEs to achieve customer
