Specification & Technical Consulting
Drive product specifications with Structural Consultants, Architects, Faade Consultants, MEP Consultants, EPCs and other key decision-makers.
Provide technical expertise, design recommendations and application support across fastening, anchoring and allied construction technologies.
Analyse projects, drawings and technical requirements to identify opportunities for greater product specification and penetration.
Develop technically compliant solutions aligned with relevant codes, standards and project requirements.

Project & Site Engagement
Track and manage specifications and project opportunities through CRM, ensuring timely follow-up aligned with project milestones.
Conduct regular project and site visits to provide technical support, resolve application-related challenges and identify recent opportunities.
Support the conversion of specifications into successful project execution and sales.

Business Development & Relationship Management
Build robust,



long-term relationships with Structural Consultants, Architects, Faade Consultants, MEP Consultants, EPCs, Contractors and other project stakeholders.
Understand stakeholder requirements and influence product selection and specifications through technically sound solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions and seminars for consultants and customers.
Identify recent projects and business opportunities through continuous engagement with key influencers and decision-makers.

Continuous Learning & Technical Excellence
Stay updated on industry developments, construction practices, technical codes and standards to provide accurate and reliable technical solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to convert technical specifications into business opportunities.
Maintain high-quality technical documentation, project records and specifications
