About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated PGT Teachers to deliver high-quality instruction for our NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The candidate will be responsible for building solid conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students from Grades 6 to 10, preparing them for future competitive examinations. NEET/JEE foundation faculty are typically expected to deliver concept-based teaching, prepare assessments, monitor student progress, and mentor learners toward academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions in the assigned subject (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
Teach concepts aligned with CBSE and NEET/JEE Foundation curriculum.
Develop lesson plans,



worksheets, assignments, MCQs, and assessment materials.
Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Build solid conceptual clarity and analytical problem-solving abilities among students.
Monitor student performance and provide academic mentoring.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
Participate in parent interactions, academic reviews, and faculty meetings.
Use digital tools, smart boards, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with NEET/JEE examination trends and foundation-level teaching methodologies.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. preferred.
Robust academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
