Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration and visa services.
Handle inbound inquiries related to visa, study abroad.
Explain immigration programs, processes, and basic eligibility criteria.
Generate and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for counselors or consultants.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in the system.
Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into applications.
Address client queries and provide basic guidance on documentation and procedures.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a skilled and polite communication style at all times.
Candidate must have experience in immigration sector.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
