You'll help brainstorm content ideas, research trends, and shape the "what" and "why" behind our reels, shorts, and podcast episodes. A great entry point into content strategy at a rapid-growing studio, working directly with anchors, writers, and editors.

What You'll Do
Research trending formats, hooks, and content styles across Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts
Assist in brainstorming content ideas, series concepts, and episode angles
Help track competitor content and identify what's working in the space
Support the team in building content calendars and shoot plans
Take notes and help organize ideas into structured briefs
Assist in analyzing post-performance data to spot patterns
Sit in on ideation and strategy sessions with senior team members

Who We're Looking For
Genuinely online — you consume and understand reels, shorts, and podcasts deeply
Solid sense of what makes content work (hooks, pacing, relatability)
Good research and organizational skills




Comfortable pitching ideas and taking feedback
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn strategy hands-on

Nice to Have
A personal page/newsletter/content project you run or have run
Basic understanding of analytics (views, retention, engagement)
Interest in pop culture, trends, and internet humor
Writing samples, pitch decks, or content calendars you've made
