ARK Learning Arena is a faith-rooted tuition and coaching centre in Chennai serving Classes 1–12 across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. We're a small, fast-moving team where interns get real ownership — not just coffee runs.

About the Role
We're looking for an HR Intern to support day-to-day people operations at our centre — from hiring coordination to documentation to staff records. You'll work closely with the Managing Partner and get hands-on exposure to the full HR cycle in a growing institution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for teaching and non-teaching roles (Indeed, referrals, walk-ins)
Schedule and coordinate interviews; maintain candidate trackers
Support onboarding: appointment letters, joining formalities, documentation
Help maintain staff records — attendance, leave, personal files
Draft and format HR letters (appointment orders, appraisal letters, notices) under guidance
Support performance review cycles and staff communication drafts
Assist with basic HR policy documentation and process improvement





Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Robust written English; comfortable drafting formal letters and emails
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
Basic proficiency in MS Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets
No prior experience required — freshers and students welcome
