Job Overview

We are looking for fluent French-speaking Customer Support Associates to join the Hopper Universal Travel Process. In this role, you will handle voice support for international customers, assisting them with travel bookings, itinerary modifications, flight updates, cancellations, refunds, and general travel-related queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer voice interactions in French with professionalism and accuracy.
Assist customers with travel bookings, flight updates, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related inquiries.
Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting operational KPIs and quality standards.




Document customer interactions accurately and escalate issues through internal systems when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
French Language Proficiency: B2–C2 (Advanced to Native/Fluent)
English Language Proficiency: C1–C2 (Excellent verbal and written communication)
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of work experience required.
Graduates and eligible freshers may also apply.

Additional Information
Work From Office – Thane, Maharashtra.
Candidates from across India willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
Transport facility is available within the designated transport boundaries of Thane.
