We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our distribution warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the warehouse inbound and outbound material flow, inventory accuracy, team supervision, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 5 pickers and 20 warehouse labourers, and you will be expected to be present on the floor driving daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
Manage and supervise a team of 5 pickers and 20 labourers allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure shift discipline
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with dispatch schedules and distributor/dealer requirements
Coordinate with transport and logistics partners for inbound and outbound material movement




Implement and enforce warehouse layout, space utilization, and FIFO/FEFO practices for FMCG goods
Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, cleanliness (5S), and compliance with statutory/labour regulations
Manage stock reconciliation, handle damages/returns, and coordinate with the purchase/sales teams on stock levels
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and manpower productivity with management
Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Control warehouse operating costs including manpower, packing material, and transport
Ensure proper documentation for all inward/outward movement of goods (invoices, e-way bills, gate passes, etc.)
