Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to manage daily lorry/vehicle operations, coordinate with drivers, collect and maintain challans, and handle routine office documentation and coordination work.

Key Responsibilities Lorry / Vehicle Management
Daily coordination with lorry/vehicle drivers.
Monitor vehicle movement, loading and unloading activities.
Maintain daily vehicle details and trip records.
Coordinate vehicle placement as per site requirements.
Follow up with drivers regarding delivery/pick-up schedules.
Check vehicle documents and ensure required documents are available.

Challan & Document Management
Collect delivery challans, material challans and other site documents from drivers.
Verify challan details such as vehicle number, date, quantity and material.
Submit collected challans to the office/accounts department.




Maintain proper records of received and pending challans.
Follow up with drivers/sites for missing or pending documents.

Office Work
Submit collected challans on a day-wise basis.
Prepare total trips of all drivers and compare them with the submitted challans.
Maintain daily vehicle and trip records.
Coordinate between site, drivers, contractors and office staff.
Assist the accounts/admin team with vehicle-related documents and bills.
Track pending documents and follow up for timely submission.

Two-Wheeler Facility
Company Two-Wheeler will be provided for official work.
Two-wheeler will be used for site visits, document/challan collection and other official work.
Candidate should have a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
Candidate should be comfortable travelling between site and office locations.
