Job Summary:
Transparent Capital is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in social media management, paid campaigns, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage company social media platforms and create Reels, Posts, Stories & other content.
Increase followers, engagement, and overall presence of company social media pages.
Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better CPL and ROI.
Develop engaging content related to Unlisted & Pre-IPO Shares and Investments.




Monitor campaign and social media performance and prepare reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Robust experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media Management.
Proven ability to grow social media followers and engagement.
Positive creative, content creation, and analytical skills.
Experience in FinTech/Finance will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
