Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Home Appliances to assist customers in selecting the right home appliances and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their appliance requirements.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability.
Process billing and maintain sales records.
Stay updated on current products, offers, and market trends.
Deliver excellent after-sales support and customer service.

Requirements




Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in retail or appliance sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Customer-focused with a target-driven attitude.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
