Job Title: Project Site Execution

Location: Ahmedabad

Paints industry experience required

Candidates must be from Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of painting and coating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
Plan site activities including inspections, manpower deployment, and material scheduling
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
Ensure high-quality surface preparation, application standards, and finishing across projects
Manage contractors and workforce productivity while enforcing safety and compliance norms
Monitor project progress, control material consumption, and minimize wastage
Handle client interactions, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
Track performance metrics, submit progress reports, and proactively address execution challenges

Qualification and Skills:
Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
4–5 years of experience in painting, coatings, or construction project execution
Solid knowledge of paints, surface preparation, and application techniques
Experience in contractor management and site operations
Positive planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
