Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Unit Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings and reservations on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages.
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and provide necessary instructions and support.
Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections.
Ensure rental properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with required supplies.
Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests professionally.
Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize revenue.
Manage booking confirmations, payments, and security deposits.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and other service providers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.




Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain excellent guest experiences and ensure high service standards.

Required Skills

Experience managing listings on rental platforms is preferred.
Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
Familiarity with property management tools and channel managers.
Basic knowledge of marketing and pricing strategies.
