Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Punjabi TeleCaller role based in the Mohali district. The TeleCaller will conduct outbound and inbound calls with voters and stakeholders, primarily in Punjabi, to share campaign messages, collect feedback, and support voter outreach initiatives. Daily responsibilities include following calling scripts, updating call records in the system,



and accurately capturing voter responses and concerns. The role involves coordinating with campaign teams, reporting call outcomes, and helping refine communication strategies based on voter interactions. The TeleCaller will also handle basic queries, escalate complex issues to supervisors, and maintain a professional, courteous tone in all conversations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi, with basic proficiency in English.
Candidates should possess skills in active listening, transparent articulation, and polite telephone etiquette.
Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including data entry
Candidates should possess abilities in time management, organization, and following structured calling processes or scripts.
Candidates should possess a customer-service mindset, patience, and the ability to handle high call volumes calmly.
