About the RoleThe Associate Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre and is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires robust ownership, customer centricity, and a passion for creating an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business GrowthOwn monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
Drive walk-in and trial conversions through effective consultations.
Manage the entire membership conversion process with accurate and timely documentation.
Centre Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day centre operations.
Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
Conduct regular facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of essentials.
Address operational issues related to attendance, bookings, equipment, and facilities.
Member Experience & EngagementBuild strong relationships with members and create a welcoming setting.
Resolve member concerns and escalations effectively.
Capture feedback from members and trainers to improve centre performance.
Uphold Cultfit's service standards and represent the brand positively.
What Success Looks LikeAchievement of membership sales and conversion targets.
High member satisfaction and retention.
Smooth and compliant centre operations.
Strong audit scores and centre ambience.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree or Diploma.
0–5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related fields.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
Passion for fitness and wellness is an added advantage.

Morning: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
