Position: Operations & Pricing Executive – USA

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle daily pricing & operations for Air Freight & Ocean Freight

* Procurement & pricing from co-loaders and vendors

* Manage full documentation: AWB / BL / Import & Export / Customs Clearance / Invoicing

* Verify vendor costings & send pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents

* Coordinate air & sea cargo bookings with partners

* Arrange cargo pickups & deliveries with transporters

* Ensure timely & accurate responses to enquiries

* Work closely with stakeholders for smooth shipment execution

Requirements:

* 3–5 years' experience in Air Freight (70%) & Ocean Freight

* Strong background in Pricing,



Operations & USA back-office documentation

* Good understanding of USA documentation process

* Robust English communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Location: Kochi (In office)
