Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Executive is a full time hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.



The position involves partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Senior Human Resources Executive will manage HR data and reporting, support compensation and benefits processes, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee capability and culture. The role also requires proactive resolution of employee queries and concerns, and participation in HR projects to continuously improve processes and systems.

Qualifications
Solid skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing hiring processes for diverse roles.
Demonstrated capability in performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
Knowledge of HR operations, HR policies, and compliance with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
