Requirements
4–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Robust expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide ing, REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Description
ServiceNow Development: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with focus on ITSM &
ITOM.
Workflow Automation: Implement and optimize workflows, integrations, and orchestration.
Incident &
Change Management:

Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
Discovery &
CMDB:

Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Monitoring &
Event Management:

Implement ITOM modules like Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
Troubleshooting: Debug, optimize, and ensure performance of ServiceNow applications.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user guides.

Pay: ₹231,458.56 - ₹831,458.56 per year
