About Asian Swimming Academy

Asian Swimming Academy (ASA) is a professional swimming academy dedicated to teaching swimming and promoting water safety, fitness and aquatic skills. We are looking for a polite, responsible and customer-friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Nandurbar branch.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, members and visitors at the academy. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a professional, welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and welcome students, parents and visitors.
Handle enquiries regarding swimming classes, memberships, batches and academy programs.
Attend and manage incoming phone calls and provide accurate information.
Maintain student registrations,



membership records and other academy data.
Assist with admissions, registrations and basic documentation.
Coordinate with coaches and academy staff regarding batches and daily operations.
Handle day-to-day administrative and reception-related tasks.
Maintain proper records and ensure information is updated regularly.
Assist in the smooth functioning of academy operations.
Provide a friendly and qualified experience to students and parents.
Handle basic cash/payment-related coordination and maintain necessary records, if assigned.
Ensure the reception area and related records are maintained properly.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass.
Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, Internet and Email.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English.
Polite, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
