Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate academic operations across Kochi, Calicut, and Trivandrum branches.
Conduct student orientation sessions for recent batches.
Coordinate class allocation and faculty assignments.
Prepare and manage branch-wise timetables and academic schedules.
Coordinate with faculties and ensure classes are conducted as per schedule.
Monitor student attendance and follow up with irregular/absent students.
Conduct regular student mentoring and counselling.
Plan and conduct mock interviews and student development activities.
Prepare and coordinate academic session plans, PPTs, presentations, and learning materials.
Coordinate with faculties for syllabus completion and academic activities.
Collect and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly academic reports.
Monitor faculty performance and class completion.
Identify academic/operational issues and provide suitable suggestions to management.
Coordinate academic activities and requirements between all three branches.
Handle student and faculty concerns and ensure timely resolution.




Conduct regular meetings with faculty and academic coordinators.
Maintain proper records of attendance, classes, syllabus progress, mentoring, and academic activities.
Support management in implementing recent academic and operational procedures.
Travel between branches when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
2+ years of experience in academic operations, education, training, or administration preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Strong coordination and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.
Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel between Kochi, Calicut, and Trivandrum.
