Hiring: MIS Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage and update sales, lead, site visit, booking, and collection data.
Track team performance, targets, and achievements.
Maintain accurate databases and employee/sales records.
Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams for data collection and reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
Identify data discrepancies and maintain proper records.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management, preferably in Real Estate.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports.
Candidates with real estate sales MIS experience will be preferred.
