About the Role

We are expanding our high-performing team and looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6 to 10 years of hands-on platform experience.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Hands-on coding, building, and deploying robust solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
Integration Engineering: Design and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability as our heavily integrated ecosystem continues to grow.
User Experience Delivery: Build advanced, user-centric interfaces utilizing Service Portal and Workspace.
Multitasking & Initiative: Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously, acting as a proactive self-starter. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging robust communication, high EQ, and business acumen.

Core Technical Requirements




Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding.
Platform Mastery: In-depth technical familiarity with workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations. GRC / IRM Expertise (Mandatory):
Solid hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
Experience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
Ability to develop workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within IRM.
Robust understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk and Compliance (IRM/GRC) certification Mandatory
