Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil site activities and ensure smooth project execution
Handle manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity at site
Track material consumption and maintain proper material usage records
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely work completion
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Manage site handover activities and coordinate final project completion
Resolve in office issues and maintain proper communication with the management team
Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and resources at site

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in civil construction/site supervision
Valuable knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, and material management
Ability to maintain reports and coordinate with multiple teams
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting preferred
Willingness to travel/site-based working

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
