Summary

Develop corporate relationships and generate business for Domestic and International Holidays, Group Departures, Employee Holiday Programs, Incentive Travel and Customized Tours through B2B outreach and account development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach companies, institutions and organizations across Delhi-NCR.
Build relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement and Corporate Travel decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, presentations and consultations to understand employee travel and group-tour requirements.
Develop employee holiday programs, seasonal offers, group travel, incentive tours and customized corporate leisure products.
Build long-term corporate tie-ups, employee privilege programs, referral partnerships and account-growth plans.
Prepare qualified presentations and customized travel proposals with Product and Marketing support.
Generate leads through corporate visits, networking, LinkedIn/qualified platforms, associations, referrals, events and exhibitions.
Plan promotional activities at corporate offices,



including travel desks, holiday counters and employee engagement sessions.
Coordinate corporate requirements with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams.
Maintain corporate-account history, pipeline, proposal status, meetings, follow-ups, revenue and conversion in CRM/reporting systems.
Monitor corporate travel trends, competitor offers and customer feedback to identify recent B2B opportunities.
Achieve assigned lead-generation, account-development, revenue and gross-margin targets.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Tourism or Business Development preferred. Travel & Tourism/Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
Experience: 2+ years in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Travel Sales, Hospitality Sales or Marketing.
