Experience: 2–5 Years | Hiring: IT & Non-IT

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, team performance, and hiring requirements across assigned Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Manage recruitment requirements for assigned Business Units (BUs) and partner closely with hiring managers.
Understand manpower requirements and drive hiring plans and closures.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
Manage offer negotiations,



candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
Track recruitment performance through MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
Drive process improvements to improve hiring quality, TAT, and candidate experience.

Desired Skills
2–5 years of recruitment experience with robust IT & Non-IT hiring exposure.
Team handling and people-management skills.
Robust Business Unit and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Target-oriented with robust ownership and leadership abilities.
