What You Will Do The ServiceNow Technical lead will design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability

Qualifications You Must Have
9 12 years of hands-on experience in design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in global settings
Minimum 2+ years experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, debugging Issues, root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration
Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications and other ServiceNow modules. Respective certifications will be an added value
Advanced Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular JS)
Experience in Virtual Agent,



Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow designer and Platform Analytics is a Plus
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs
Solid analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) or other Agile software development methodologies
HRSD is mandatory

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications We Prefer
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ITIL Foundation certification.
Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM or HRSD (Nice to have)
