Key Responsibilities:
Understand project architecture and define QE strategy aligning with Alpheya and RBC standards
Lead test automation initiatives using modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Provar, RestAssured)
Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing
Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD testing practices and shift-left testing
Define and implement performance, security, and integration testing strategies
Evaluate prospects to integrate Gen AI into QE processes test case generation, self-healing tests, intelligent defect triaging, etc.
Contribute to RFP and proposal efforts from a QE standpoint
Mentor junior testers and ensure consistent QA best practices Skills :
Robust hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test architecture
Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker
Familiarity with Gen AI trends in QE space is a plus
Domain experience in Wealth/Banking is preferred
Solid communication and stakeholder management skill
