Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage shift-wise production operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams.
Attend and resolve breakdowns and operational issues.
Monitor production output, quality, and process parameters.
Ensure compliance with safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage and guide operators and shift manpower.
Prepare shift reports and handover details.
Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
