Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent from universities and technical institutes.
Manage and oversee NAPS programs to build a skilled apprentice and trainee pipeline.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team and HR professionals.
Provide regular guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the recruitment team.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports, analysing hiring metrics and progress.
Build solid relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract quality candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and talent market.
Experience with campus hiring and campus engagement programs.
Ability to build robust relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
