IVF Counselor - Hyderabad

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad | Experience: 3–5 Years | Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented IVF Counselor to guide patients through their fertility treatment journey, coordinate with doctors and clinical teams, and ensure excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients regarding IVF, IUI and other fertility treatments.
Understand patient concerns and explain treatment plans clearly.
Coordinate doctor consultations, appointments, investigations and treatment schedules.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, patient queries and treatment-related coordination.
Maintain solid patient relationships throughout the treatment journey.
Address patient questions and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Support patients in making informed treatment decisions.
Maintain strong patient relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Update patient/lead information accurately in the CRM.
Work towards counselling, booking and conversion targets.




Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office and billing teams.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and medical information.
Escalate medical/clinical queries to the appropriate doctor.
Follow all clinic policies, ethical standards, and approved pricing/package guidelines.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/life-science background preferred.
3–5 years of experience in IVF, fertility, hospital or healthcare counselling preferred.
Prior experience in IVF, fertility, hospital, healthcare, women's health, or medical counselling is preferred.
Should be comfortable handling patients and couples from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience and robust follow-up ability.
Target-oriented with good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in English and local/regional languages
