Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for blue- and white-collar workforce.
Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and HRMS (Keka).
Support payroll processing and ensure PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
Support shift planning and workforce scheduling as per production requirements.
Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
