We are looking for a highly active, responsible and well-organised Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The candidate will be responsible for supporting the MD in day-to-day business and personal coordination, managing schedules, follow-ups, communication and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should be highly energetic, flexible with working hours, trustworthy and comfortable working in a fast-paced business workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, appointments and commitments.
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Handle calls, messages, emails and other communications as required.
Maintain a daily task list and ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned activities.
Accompany the MD for meetings, business visits and travel whenever required.
Coordinate meetings and ensure all required information/documents are available in advance.
Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.




Follow up with various departments on pending tasks and provide timely updates to the MD.
Assist the MD in day-to-day business coordination and administrative activities.
Handle urgent and time-sensitive assignments with flexibility.
Maintain proper records, documents and key information as required.
Act as a reliable point of coordination between the MD and various stakeholders.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the MD.

Candidate Requirements:-
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Should be highly active, energetic and proactive.
Should have excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Should be comfortable working long hours and adaptable timings whenever required.
Should be willing to travel with the MD for business meetings/visits when required.
