filings for private & public companies.
Handle investor relations with PE/VC stakeholders.
Draft board/shareholder resolutions and other real time
statutory compliances under Companies Act 2013.
Manage FEMA compliances and IPO readiness.
Liaise with the client directly and communicate clearly.
Requirements
Has worked on venture capital transactions.
Strong understanding of investment agreements like SSA/
SHA/ SSHA/ IA.
Able to handle compliances independently.
Valuable communication skills.
